Full job descriptionThe Breakfast Attendant/Host is responsible for coordinating the breakfast service and maintaining a cleaned and stocked breakfast area.
This person must deliver excellent customer service while interacting with guests.
Essential Functions:
Greets/ welcome guests during breakfast hours.
Set up breakfast stations.
Maintain appropriate quantity of food and beverage at hot, cold and beverage stations.
Keep area clean and stocked.
Interact with guests pleasantly during shift.
Put away breakfast at the end of the shift.
Clean kitchen and breakfast area at end of shift.
Performs routine daily tasks as set forth in the daily checklist.
Knowledge on facilities and amenities associated with the hotel.
Food items to be dated as required by the local health department and Marriott Brand StandardsEnsure proper temperature of food items at all times before it's ready to be served, while it's served and while it's stored in fridge / freezerKnowledge of proper food storage (freezer / refrigerator - placement of each items)You must be able to stand for minimum 7 hoursYou must be able to push/pull/lift up to 25 lbs.
