2 hours ago Full Job Description A Sales Representative will participate as a customer service representative by providing recommendations and solutions to consumer's LED and DMX control needs regarding a wide range of project sizes.
These services are provided through a mixture of interaction methods which may include phone, email, and face-to-face instances.
Key Components:
Strong communicator, both verbal and written Technically Oriented (Knowledge of DMX controls is a PLUS) Proven track history of sales accomplishments Understanding of LED strip utilization (i.
e.
single color, RGB , 4 in 1, DMX) Understanding of LED strip lighting design and installations
Qualifications:
Well spoken (English Mandatory, Spanish is a PLUS) Professional with excellent phone etiquette Ability to carry packages up to 50LBS Office competencies including Microsoft Office and related applications (QuickBooks is a PLUS) Ability to learn fast Eager and open to developing new skills Friendly persona who can work as part of a team with the ability to provide and receive feedback Bachelors/Associates in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience and training Other
Qualifications:
Electrical background Understanding of Ohm's Law Understanding of electrical components Daily Activities Would Include:
Normal Schedule:
9 - 6, M-F Provide customer service and technical support.
Determine customer requirements to recommend specific products and solutions Attend walk-in customers.
Run credit cards, make invoices, receive payments and produce estimates.
Resolve customer inquiries Troubleshoot customer lighting application issues Exceed sales goals and quotas.
Work closely with the sales team to upkeep sales procedures.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
